Peter Frampton Heading To Divorce Court

Peter Frampton is parting ways with Christina Elfers, his spouse of nearly 15 years. People.com reports that the "Show Me The Way" singer filed divorce papers in Los Angeles Superior Court this week.

Frampton's asking for joint legal custody of the couple's teenage daughter, Mia.  However, the 61-year-old rocker asks that physical custody of Mia go to Christina.  Peter cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split in court documents.  Peter and Christina married in 1996.  This was Frampton's third marriage.
