Pistons May Be Sold This Week

The Detroit News has cited an unnamed source in a story published online early this morning who said the Pistons could be sold to Tom Gores as soon as next week.  Multiple sources told the News that Gores is the front-runner to purchase the Pistons.  Gores, who grew up in Flint and graduated from Michigan State University, is the CEO of Platinum Equity.
