Recycling Is Coming Back To Lapeer County

Lapeer County's Drop-Off Recycling will resume its program on October 6th, 2018. It will be available on the first and third Saturday of each month.
The site for drop off is the Habitat for Humanity ReStore located at 1633 North Lapeer Road.
The hours of operation are from 9 A.M. until 1 P.M. and the cost is $4 per car.
Recycle fee will be covered for residents from Mayfield Township, Metamora Township and Hadley Township. You must show ID card that is available from your respective township.
Acceptable materials include plastics, metal cans, cardboard, office paper (not shredded), newspaper, magazines, paper and cardboard food containers, and glass. Clean Styrofoam is also accepted, and should be separated from other materials. The rest does not need to be sorted, though it should be clean of food residue.
