Remembering Buddy Miles On His Birthday [AUDIO]

One of rocks great drummers Buddy Miles was born today in 1947. Buddy came on the scene in 1967 as a member of the band The Electric Flag and couple years later he would be part of Jimi Hendrix's Band of Gypsys. During his career in would work with Carlos Santana and Mike Bloomfield to name a few.
One of my favorite Buddy albums was his 1970 lp Them Changes. I love the very cool album cover with Buddy and his wild drum kit and the title track that he wrote is killer.
He died (congestive heart disease) way too young he was 60 years old.
