Roger Daltrey’s Shows To Feature “Tommy” And More

Roger Daltrey says his "Tommy" concerts will actually feature the entire rock opera. The Who singer tells "USA Today" the band's stage rendition was "kind of cut down a bit" due to "instrumental limitations."  But he says the five-piece band he'll have accompanying him on his tour will enable him to "do all the harmonies" and "all the little details that are on the record that The Who used to have to neglect."  Daltrey adds that his concerts will include more than just "Tommy."  He says the second half of his shows will be "for mucking about."  Roger explains that he and his band are obligated to perform "The Who classics," but says since this is a solo tour, "they're very different."
