Saginaw Man Shot and Killed After Breaking Free From Handcuffs [VIDEO]

WTF was this guy thinking? A Saginaw man was shot and killed by police after being breaking free from handcuffs and reaching for a police officer's gun.

Farhad Jabbai was arrested yesterday at roughly 1:30 p.m. for suspicion of drunk driving. The arresting officer reportedly handcuffed Jabbai and put him in the backseat of the police car. Jabbai was able to free himself from the cuffs. I am not clear as to if this is when the officer called for back up, nonetheless there were two officers on the scene when they opened the back door, and this is when Jabbai grabbed for one of the officer's gun. This is when he was shot, along with the assisting officer.
