Sam’s Surprise [VIDEO]

A dog found in Iowa has been returned to his owner in Louisiana after being missing nearly 4 years. Sam, a Yorkshire Terrier, was given to Karisa Lambert when she was 4 years old but he disappeared from his family’s backyard in Bridge City, Louisiana. He was found wandering around an elementary school in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, during Animal Control Officer Appreciation Week. A microchip implant enabled authorities to identify Sam and reach his family. United Airlines donated a first-class seat for Sam to fly to New Orleans and be reunited with his family.
