Saturday Night Jazz At The Pix Theater

Saturday night at the PIX Theater in downtown Lapeer the Local Artist Series will be presenting Paul Hick’s "Time Control".  The leader of this group of extraordinary musicians is a hometown Lapeer boy.  Paul Hicks, who is a graduate of the music program at Eastern Michigan University, has put together this hot little jazz combo.  Paul wanted to bring the group to Lapeer and have a bit of a homecoming, and what better venue than the PIX. Paul will be inviting some members of the music programs from Lapeer East and West to join the band on stage for a few numbers.   This promises to be an evening of great fun, great music, and a great way to see a talented hometown boy.
