Hardly anyone would recognize the song "Monster" by the title alone.  It's when the tune gets going that you start recalling sections of it, especially the "America, where are you now?" chorus parts later in the song.  Clocking in at over 9 minutes, it's amazing that the powers that be edited it down to a 3 minute single for AM radio in 1969.  Boo hiss!  I'll roll the whole thing for you on today's vault, and another great example of how good these guys were in the "intellectual counter culture" department!
