Survey Says A Vacation Is Good For Your Mental Health
For many Americans, vacations are more than just some time away from work. Three out of four respondents in a Spring Hill Suites poll say vacations are important for their mental health. Nearly 45-percent are looking to their vacation as a way to alleviate stress, and 37-percent are hoping it will help rejuvenate their spirit. The majority won't be letting money get in the way of their plans, either, with 60-percent saying they'll hit the road regardless of the current gas prices. However, that doesn't mean people aren't concerned about the cost of their trip. Nearly two-thirds of the women and 41-percent of the men admit they feel guilty about spending money while on vacation.
