The fire on November 12, 2013 in downtown Lapeer, destroyed the building near the Pix Theater that included four apartments and the  Lost Treasures store, a consignment and antique shop on west Nepessing. The fire also caused extensive damage to Burke's Flowers, that has since relocated across the street while repairs are being made. Owners of the burned building have decided not to rebuild and ar
