There was a fallen traffic signal at the North Saginaw and Pasadena intersection in Flint, Michigan and as expected, residents took advantage of this rare photo and video opportunity.

According to a study done by WalletHub, Ann Arbor, Michigan is the most educated city in America.

The post features an eight-second long security camera video of the outside of the man's home where his GMC SUV is parked. We see a dark, obscured view of a man fiddling with the door to the SUV and, very unsettlingly, the video ends with the man getting the door open and climbing inside.

After 17 years of inactivity, Grand Fountain in Flint was repaired in 2009. It’s scheduled to turn green late Monday night or early Tuesday in honor of St. Patrick’s Day.The green color will be from a natural dye but recently with Flint's water problems no dye would have been needed.
