I-94 Michigan

Spring might start today but not before police announced yesterday that dozens of citations, mostly for driving too fast, will be issued in a 193 vehicle crash last January on I-94. One driver was killed and the freeway was closed for two days. We're required here in Michigan to drive at a “careful and prudent speed” based on road conditions. Most were ticketed for violating that law.
