Judge Byron Konschuh went back to work at the courthouse last week. A letter posted on Facebook from Judge Nick Holowka to Judge Konschuh reads: “Chief Judge of the Lapeer County Courts and in consultation with the State Court Administrator’s Office you are hereby reinstated.
