Led Zeppelin's publishing company has appealed a judge's ruling denying their bid to have their legal fees covered by the plaintiff in the recent "Stairway to Heaven" plagiarism trial.
A judge has denied Led Zeppelin's efforts to recoup roughly $800,000 in legal fees incurred during the recent trial to determine whether the band plagiarized a chord progression.
