Paul McCartney is providing some assistance to people who want to trim the meat from their diet.  He's helping to expanding the "Meat Free Monday" campaign with a new cookbook.  Paul created "The Meat Free Monday Cookbook" with his daughters Mary and Stella. The book features 52 days' worth of vegetarian menu ideas to cover every Monday of the year.
