This Thursday May 1st, downtown Imlay City's Farmers Market is back in operation at the corner of Third and Main Streets. Hours run from 1-6 p.m. It’s a Cinco de Mayo Celebration on Opening Day of the Farmers' Market. Imlay City’s diverse cultural heritage will be spotlighted. Enjoy a performance from the Las Adelitas Dancers, a Latino Storyteller, piñatas, and Mexican-themed games and crafts for children. Along with the usual market fare, you can expect tamales, salsa, and Mexican baked goods for sale on this special day.

Free “Shop Small” Market Bags will be available to customers while supplies last.
