The Almont Heritage Festival Will Take Place Next Weekend

Make plans for a weekend of activities celebrating Almont on June 27 & 28. "Almont Heritage Festival" events will include a pancake breakfast sponsored by the Almont First Congregational Church, a 5K run benefiting the Almont High School robotics team, a classic car show, a “Chalk Around The Fountain” contest sponsored by the American Legion grades 6 – 12 can compete for cash prizes and The Kiddie Corner providing endless entertainment for children.

Dancing, martial arts demonstrations, cross-fit fitness clinics and live nightly entertainment will take place on the main stage. Learn yoga at the Almont Community Park or about the K-9 police unit and meet a working dog. Enjoy rock-climbing, jousting, games, crafts, inflatables, magicians, clowns, face painters, locally-grown produce and food prepared by Almont area restaurants.
