If You Know a child with:

Scoliosis (curvature of the spine); Brittle bone disease;

Orthopedic problems of Cerebral Palsy; Rheumatoid Arthritis;

Rickets; Spina Bifida; Limb Deficiencies and growth problems

Club Foot or Dislocated Hip; Leg Length Discrepancies;

Missing Limbs; Cleft Palate ; Dwarfism; Burns: Acute Fresh Burn

Reconstructive Surgery to Healed Burns: Scarring and Facial Deformity

Bring the child to the Shriners Mini Clinic for a referral.

For Free Surgery or treatment at a Shriners Hospital for Children

Qualified applicants will receive free medical care at a Shrine Hospital

Shriners Hospitals treat any child up to their 18th Birthday, with Orthopedic or burn Problems

The following must be presented by the Parent or Guardian:

Copies of: Childs Birth Certificate, Immunization Records, Social Security Number Any Divorce Decree, Custody or Adoption Papers.
