Tiger Bats Held to Two Hits in Loss

Tiger ace Justin Verlander was out dueled by Los Angeles Angel starter Dan Haren last night.  The Final score:   1 – 0.  Haren pitched a two-hitter while besting Verlander for his 100th career victory,  The Angels beat the Tigers for their 10th win in 12 games.  Verlander limited the Angels to seven hits, but Haren was better.  Brad Penny will try to turn things around in an afternoon tilt today which wraps up the series.  GO TIGERS!
