Detroit Tiger starter Rick Porcello surrendered 3 hits and one run in 6 1/3 innings of work in last night’s 10 – 1 win over the Cleveland Indians.   Victor Martinez, Miguel Cabrera and Jhonny Peralta provided the big offensive punch for the Tigers as every starting position player chipped in with at least one hit in a 15 hit barrage.   The Tigers have widened their lead to 8 games in front of the Chicago White Sox and 8 ½ in front of the Indians.  The Tigers wrap up their series with Cleveland with an afternoon game as Justin Verlander takes the mound in search of win number 22.  GO TIGERS!
