Tilted Axis Brewing Company Open House in Lapeer On Saturday

I interviewed Tom Hansen of Tilted Axis Brewing Company during my morning show today. The new microbrewery in downtown Lapeer will be hosting an open house tomorrow (5/2) from 11 AM – 7 PM. In addition to microbrews, Tilted Axis will specialize in gourmet sausage made on site. In conjunction with National Homebrew Day, they will host the Lapeer Area Homebrew Club tomorrow and together several batches of beer will be brewed. You’re invited to hang-out, to take a tour of the newly-exposed old brick and tin ceilings or the lounge on the second floor that will feature couches, small tables, pinball and shuffleboard and to maybe even enjoy some sausages. They will not be serving as their licensing is not complete. Tilted Axis Brewing Company is located at 303 W. Nepessing Street next to the old courthouse and Woodchips BBQ.
