TJ Maxx, Petco and More Coming To Fenton

They had me at TJ Maxx. Five new retailers are set to open for business inside of the former KMart location in Fenton. The building will obviously undergo construction to accommodate the stores. 

Once renovations are completed, the building will be home to five new stores. As of now, four stores have been announced including TJ Maxx, Petco, Five Below and Michael's. Yes, there is already a Michael's in Fenton - they are just moving to this new location. Reports indicate construction will begin in July.

This is way awesome - especially the fact that there will be a TJ Maxx. Aside from how great that is, new businesses mean more jobs. A win-win.
