U2 will be one of the acts on Japan Benefit Album

U2 is expected to be one of the numerous artists from all types of music featured on a digital-only compilation album from Universal Music that will raise money for the Japanese Red Cross' relief efforts in Japan.  The set is expected to hit digital stores by the end of the week.
