As summer becomes fall and fall turns to winter, Michiganders brace for a ton of snow and brutally cold temperatures. So far this year, however, grateful Michiganders are scratching their heads.

The calendar may say December, but it feels more like October. In fact, temperatures nationwide are around 30 degrees above average, and it gets even better this weekend!

Saturday we're looking for a high of 59, and it's supposed to get up to 61 on Sunday. To give you an idea, the average for both days is 35, and the low temperature this weekend will be 15 degrees above the average.

Saturday's record high of 61 was set way back in 1948. But we will most likely destroy Sunday's record of 55 from 1991.
