YouTube Set To Offer Commercial-Free Subscriptions

Are you sick of watching a sixty-second ad before seeing a 15 second video on YouTube? Looks like you're in luck! The web-based video viewing giant launched a beta version of what its service called 'You Tube Music Key' late last year.

For $7.99 a month, you can watch YouTube ad-free, and also allows for background playback on mobile devices and offline viewing. According to a report, the beta version is now available in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Finland and Ireland. There's still no word on when or where the commercial launch will take place. Would you pay $7.99 a month to never again see an ad on YouTube?
