Zonta’s Fantasy Forest This Weekend

The Zonta Club of Lapeer Area will be having their 17th annual Fantasy Forest is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13 along the trail through Rowden Park,in Lapeer. This family event focuses on the fantasy side of Halloween instead of the scary. Children will receive a bag in which to collect treats. As they walk through the park, they will visit stations offering activities, games and Halloween goodies. Cartoon and storybook characters interact with families along the park trail. Kids can vote for their favorite station and check to see if they are the lucky winners of their own pumpkins. Admission is $3.50 per child for trick-or-treaters at the gate on the day of the event.
