    Bubbles

Yep. Bubbles. Simple and apparently effective in keeping the mosquitoes away. According to the people at PestHacks.com, mosquitoes aren't real fond of the soap that's used for bubbles. So...blow away.

    Load Up On Garlic

This handy tip might keep people away as well...but according to MosquitoMagnet.com, when you eat garlic, its active ingredient, allicin, interferes with a person's natural scent and masks that person from mosquitoes. However, if you're not a big fan of eating garlic (like me) they say that you can also cut garlic cloves into slivers and then scatter them around your outdoor living areas, or you can combine the garlic cloves with oils and other liquid ingredients to make a repellent spray for your yard. Get A Pig

Umm...what? This one seems a little cruel...but according to PestHacks.com, "pigs tend to have higher body temperatures than humans and since body heat is one of the ways mosquitoes identify their victims, your pet pig could be just the mosquito repellent you need." So...get a pig so the mosquitoes bite them and NOT you? That seems harsh! Click here to read more.
