911 Operator Doesn’t Answer Emergency Calls While Ordering Lunch [VIDEO]

It's outrageous to think that when you dial 911, you can only get help if the responders aren't hungry. That was the case recently in Florida. Officials ignoring cries for help? Flint residents don't know ANYTHING about that, right?

A man fainted at an optometrist's office in Ft. Lauderdale, and when employees tried calling 911, they got no response! The phone kept ringing and ringing. Why? Because the dispatcher was ordering lunch... for more than five minutes!
