Aerosmith Announce Detroit Date In July

Aerosmith have been teasing us for months with rumours of an upcoming tour. Finally they deliver on a Detroit date!

The date is Thursday, July 5. The place is the Palace of Auburn Hills. Says Stephen Tyler: "The old Aerosmith is back with a new vengeance and and we will kick your ass and make out with your mothers" Sounds like a guy that just got engaged, doesn't it? Adds Joe Perry: "Can't wait to bring this band back home. It feels like we've been away to long" Did I mention that Cheap Trick opens?

Tickets for the Global Warming Tour go on sale this Saturday, March 31 at 10am through Ticketmaster.com, Livenation.com and the Palace box office. Prices range from $29.50, $39.50, $79.50, or $149.50.
