If you're going to go forward without one of the founding members, then moving forward without the drummer shouldn't be a problem either.

Angus Young says AC/DC is "resolved to go forward and I think Phil's got - it's something he's got to do himself." Young admits the band hasn't "had contact" with Rudd who has recently been arrested and charged with being in possession of meth and marijuana. Rudd had also been charged with attempting to hire a hitman but those charges have since been dropped.

It's been a rough stretch for AC/DC. The band has a new album out 'Rock or Bust' but they have also had to deal with co-founder Malcolm Young leaving the band due to health issues and now the problems with Rudd.
