Ask Santa for Jetpack Lessons This Holiday [VIDEO]
Famed jetpack flyer Eric Scott, a pilot with over 1,200 flights under his (ahem) belt, is offering other aspiring pilots lessons on flying his famous belt rocket. Scott, a former TV stuntman, is offering lessons as part of an intensive three-day course.
Scott’s rocket creation is a $15,000 mechanical behemoth of aviation that uses a highly concentrated form of hydrogen peroxide as fuel. The steam powered jets can reach up to 1,300 degrees Fahrenheit. Scott has been piloting rocket-powered backpacks for almost 20 years.
Scott hasn’t opened his own jetpack school (yet) but if you’re interested in getting lessons from the master, and you’ve got the guts and enough Xanax, you can hit him up on his official website.
