The Beatles first U.S. album, "Introducing... The Beatles," just sold on eBay for $15,000. The vinyl LP on Vee Jay Records was released in 1963 about 10 days before the group's Capitol Records debut, "Meet the Beatles." After the record company's lawyers fought in  court for months on end, the album was reissued in a  different version in early 1964, and soon reached #2 . The high dollar album that sold on eBay was one of only 6,000 made with a rare back cover, and was listed as being in mint condition.

Time to go through those old albums and see if you've got a big dollar piece of vinyl.
