Lou Reed and Metallica's collaboration "Lulu" is ending up on a year-end list, but that's not necessarily a compliment.  The album has sixth place on Billboard.com's "The Ten Worst Album Covers Of 2011." The website says the cover photo concept is "the saddest-looking mannequin in history," and the picture seems incomplete.  The site explains that "the lonely image of an armless female mannequin in front of a plain white background appears as unfinished as the second 'U' in 'Lulu.'"  The second "U" in the album's title is cut off, and looks more like a backwards "J."

Limp Bizkit's "Gold Cobra" ranks first, with Billboard saying "so many things seem incorrect about the trio of scantily clad ladies" in the cover art painting.  Other albums receiving cover art criticism include Lady Gaga's "Born This Way," Jane's Addiction's "Great Escape Artist," and William Shatner's "Seeking Major Tom."
