Blast From The Past – 1980’s Flint Tourism [VIDEO]

I will tell you right from the jump, the best part of the video above is at the 1:07 minute mark. I love the family stopping for gas and getting tips on what to see in Flint from the gas station attendant. Yes, there was a time when people pumped your gas.

Another funny part in the video is when a lady working at what I am guessing is Bishop Airport, said the thing people ask her most is 'Where is the bathroom?'

I think Flint still has a lot to to offer. Maybe it is time to make a new promotional video. What would you say is a must see or must do in Flint? First thing to come to my mind is the Machine Shop, the Flint Cultural Center, Timothy's Pub and Tenacity Brewing.
