There are at least 100,000 ballots left to be counted in Michigan.

The Trump Campaign has announced this afternoon that they have filed a lawsuit against the state of Michigan to "halt" counting of the remaining ballots until it can be granted "meaningful access" to the counting locations.

The statement from Bill Stepien, the 2020 Trump campaign manager, reads as follows:

As votes in Michigan continue to be counted, the presidential race in the state remains extremely tight as we always knew it would be. President Trump's campaign has not been provided with meaningful access to numerous counting locations to observe the opening of the ballots and the counting process, as guaranteed by Michigan law. We have filed suit today in the Michigan Court of Claims to halt counting until meaningful access has been granted. We also demand to review those ballots which were opened and counted while we did not have meaningful access. President Trump is committed to ensuring that all legal votes are counted in Michigan and everywhere else.

As of one hour ago, according to the Detroit News, there are about 100,000 ballots that still need to be counted in the state of Michigan before a winner can be named. Ballots are still being counted in Detroit, Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, and right here in Flint.
