This footage is terrifying. A little girl is lucky to be alive after being spared from spraying bullets at a strip mall barber shop.
Chandler Police (AZ), believe that Michael Hart, 23 and Rafael Santos, 21, committed the crime over a dispute between one of the gun man and workers at a nearby tattoo shop. Five shots were fired total, and luckily no one was struck. It is hard to believe after seeing the footage below. I am so thankful the young girl in the video was not hurt, or worse killed.
