Car Pulled From Flooded Detroit Freeway [VIDEO]

Flooding is no joke. Compared to other parts of the country we are pretty lucky - well except for the person that owns this vehicle. Luckily no injuries were reported.

Due to heavy rain, quite a few freeways in Detroit have flooded. As you can see in  the video below, the Lodge was one of them. It does not appear that there is anyone in the vehicle, so how did it get there?
