Cedar Point Introduces ‘Monster Jam Thunder Alley’ This Spring At The Park

They are loud, they are huge, they are fun and now they are coming to Cedar Point.

This spring, Cedar Point has a very special addition to the Park! Starting on May 18th and running through June 30th, Cedar Point will have a new attraction called 'Monster Jam Thunder Alley'.

Here is what Mlive is reporting what you will experience at Cedar Points Monster Jam Thunder Alley...

Photo ops: Guests will be able to get up-close to and sit inside real Monster Jam trucks, including Grave Digger, El Toro Loco, Megalodon, Max-D and Zombie. There will be immersive and interactive areas for guests to explore to help them feel the excitement that is Monster Jam.

Freestyle Ride Truck Experience: Guests can strap in for a ride in a real Monster Jam truck. There will be a 10-passenger Grave Digger or Megalodon truck taking guests on a freestyle-inspired obstacle course.

Monster Jam Garage: Guests can interact with and learn how Monster Jam trucks come to life in this garage experience. They’ll be able to touch, feel and turn real Monster Jam elements and see how a 1,500-horsepower engine works. Guests will also be able to turn an enormous 645-pound tire on an axle, see how oversized shocks absorb punishing landings and crank the gears inside of a real transmission.

Build-a-Truck: This is for the youngsters who come to the park. They can let their imaginations take over as they build their very own mini Monster Jam truck. A nominal fee is required for this activity.

Pit Stop Play Area: Young Monster Jam fans can create their own Monster Jam action using authentic Monster Jam die-cast replicas on a miniature version of a Monster Jam track, complete with ramps and obstacles. It will include a special soundtrack with sounds of an announcer, revving engines and more.

Cedar Point opens for 2019 on Saturday, May 11, and remember, the 'Monster Jam Thunder Alley' is for a limited time this summer.
