Clio Teen Involved In Rock Throwing Incident Back In Court [VIDEO]

Kyle Anger of Clio is facing multiple charges in the death of Kenneth White. The incident goes back to October 2017. Anger and four others are accused of throwing rocks off of an I-75 overpass. According to ABC 12, at least one of the other teens involved could be testifying against Anger.

The four other teens involved took a plea deal. Anger did not. Anger's lawyer, Edward Farrell, claims although he is 18-years-old, he is not mature. Farrell also said Anger has mental health issues.
