Coffee May Protect Against Depression In Women
Women who drink four cups of coffee each day could be less likely to suffer the blues.
A new Harvard study shows women who regularly drink four or more cups of coffee a day are 20-percent less likely to develop depression than women who rarely drink it. The findings are based on data from more than 50-thousand women over the course of nearly 25 years.
The study appears in the journal "Archives of Internal Medicine."
