
Dogs and Cats Get a Lot of Valentine Love
Pet owners in America are getting ready to spend a large amount of money for Valentines Day on their cats and dogs. The New York Post reports that spending on pets is expected to jump 27 percent this year, to $751 million, according to the National Retail Federation. Add the pet lovers dollars to the rest of money being spent on Valentine's Day and the amount is around $19.6 billion of hugs and kisses.
