Eat, Drink, TV, Repeat – Are You Trying To Fit Exercise In There Too?

So here we are, April 13, 2020 - another day of social distancing. I am doing my best to follow the rules, and feel like I am doing a good job of it. The only places I have been in weeks are the radio station, and grocery stores (only when completely necessary).
With that comes a lot of time on the couch, watching TV, and of course eating. Since the quarantine, I have stopped my normal morning workout with friends. I miss that the most. Who would have ever thought I would miss getting up at 6:30 AM to work out? Certainly not me.
In order to stay somewhat active, I am trying to at least walk or do my own morning workout at home. I am not counting the short walk from my couch to my fridge as exercise either. I cannot be the only one who feels as if they are wearing a path from my living room to my kitchen.
Before you think I have been abducted by aliens, I still love a cocktail, and I am not on a strict diet, I just feel better mentally doing something physical each day. If you feel like you are in a rut, trust me a little exercise goes a long way.
If you have been working out throughout this stay at home order, feel free to share what you are doing, I am totally interested. Stay home, stay healthy.
