Famous Blueberry Festival Returning to South Haven, Michigan
There are many Michigan towns that are known for certain events or foods. Traverse City is all about the cherries, and the lesser-known Southwest Michigan town of South Haven is "that little blueberry town."
When it comes to events and festivals, there are not many that have stood the test of time over the past 60 years. One of these is South Haven Michigan's National Blueberry Festival, and it's coming back again this August.
Why South Haven, MI Hosts the National Blueberry Festival
When it comes to blueberries, according to southhaven.org, South Haven is the "world leader for highbush blueberry production."

Between the events, the performances, the parade, the beautiful beach community, and of course the blueberries, what's not to love? There is something for everyone at the National Blueberry Festival. And this year will be no exception.
