A whippet named Toby is the new holder of the Guinness World Record for "Fastest time to pop 100 balloons by a dog". It took him 36.53 seconds to destroy the balloons.
Toby became the new record holder after he out did Twinkie a Jack Russell terrier who popped 100 balloons in 39.08 seconds.
