Faygo Bringing Back Pineapple Orange Flavor To Michigan
Get ready for your new or old favorite drink. If you remember Faygo Pineapple Orange, it is coming back. If you have never had Faygo Pineapple Orange - you soon can. The flavor has not been in Michigan since 2005, but it will be back on shelves in time for summer.
I do not remember ever trying that particular flavor, but I will try it. Most likely I will try it with vodka in it. If you have never used Faygo products as a mixers - start now. As to why the Detroit based soda company is bringing back the flavor, President of Faygo Industries, Al Chittaro, had this to say,
'The Flavor Team at Faygo decided Pineapple Orange is the perfect flavor to bring back to fans as we head to summer, especially after such a difficult winter and spring. Faygo is made to share, so we hope that our fans will enjoy Pineapple Orange during these long summer days with their loved ones.'
I will drink to that - did I mention I am drinking it with vodka? What is your favorite Faygo flavor(s)? I have always loved Faygo Cream Soda and Rock N' Rye. Did you know what you call a Rock & Rye with vodka? A Rock & Rule. I had no idea.
I anticipate having a few cocktails over the weekend, and a Rock & Rule may be my drink of choice. Here is to a great holiday weekend, and the return of Faygo Pineapple Orange.
One more thing - I love the guy reviewing Faygo Pineapple Orange in the video above, but I love the kids screaming in the background even more. Hilarious!
