Miguel Cabrera homered twice, getting his 300th home run for his career and helping the Detroit Tigers beat the Chicago White Sox 6-4 on Sunday.  The Big Man became the 14th Major League Baseball player to hit his 300th home run before his 30th birthday.

Quintin Berry and Brennan Boesch also homered to help rookie Jacob Turner earn his first career win. Joaquin Benoit worked a perfect ninth for his second save of the year.

Detroit wrapped up a 6-1 homestand against the White Sox and Los Angeles Angels and now leads the AL Central by 1 1/2 games over Chicago.

Go Tigers!
