Flint Children’s Museum Free Day Thanks To Anonymous Donor
The Flint Children's Museum is open and free on President's Day, thanks to an anonymous donor.
The Children's Museum is normally closed on Monday's, but an anonymous donor chipped in to make sure they could open today. This is especially timely considering there is no school for most kids in the area. The Children's Museum made the announcement on their FB page.
The Children's Museum is one of the hidden gems in Genesee County, and today would be the perfect day to explore. They have tons of hands on exhibits, and are constantly changing their rooms to keep it fresh.
While you're at the museum today, make sure to pick up some information on their community outreach programs. My family has participated in the Cooking For Kids program, along with a number of others.
The main thing is to get out today and enjoy the day off!
