Gas prices in Michigan are as low as they have been in the last 18 years.

I always talk about trying to find some of the silver linings during the Coronavirus pandemic, and this definitely one of them. I hate to age myself like this, but I remember buying gas for less than a dollar a gallon when I first started driving. The thought of seeing gas that low today is mind boggling.

I love the fact that AAA helped put things in perspective by pointing out that Lose Yourself by Eminem was number 1 the last time gas prices were this low.

Lower gas prices while you're not allowed to take any big road trips though are a lot like a dumpy all you can eat buffet. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy filling up my care for $20ish, but I'm a little nervous to see how high prices are going to go when things get back to normal.

In the meantime, I'm going to start filling every spare container that I have in the house with gas. Does anyone know if tupperwear is safe? (I'm kidding).
