Flashing back to August 1,1971 George Harrison held his "Concert for Bangladesh" at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The benefit, featuring George, Ringo Starr, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Ravi Shankar, and Leon Russell.

The shows were put together to bring awareness and raise money to help relief efforts for refugees from Bangladesh. The concerts were recorded and became a top selling album, and a successful film documentary.
